JP is the only real estate professional that I have ever worked with that has returned my calls or emails nearly immediately. He always keeps us updated with what is happening in the current ma rket and what was happening with our sale, even when nothing was happening. We sold in a really slow market and at times it was very frustrating to stay patient. However, we know that JP was working hard behind the scenes to get things done, and once we got an offer, JP was amazing at keeping it together and getting it closed, even when we thought it wasn’t possible.
