Jackson! Sales Agent, Realtor
Jackson! in his 40 years of life, has an extensive range of experience that contribute to his success as a realtor. He earned his masters from Johns Hopkins in management, while he worked as a police officer in one of the most crime-ridden cities in America. In 2012, Jackson made the decision to switch from police officer to loan officer. (He figured the loan officer was a safer position.) While working for a fortune 500 mortgage company he developed a niche for working with jumbo loan clients. This led him to the investment side of real estate where he continues to focus. Jackson has also worked for a major government contractor where he negotiated multi-million dollar IT contracts for the military, NIH and NASA. Working in a mission critical, budget constraint, multifaceted environment has provided him the experience to effectively navigate through the many moving parts of a real estate transaction to ensure your expectations are met. In his spare time, Jackson focuses his time on the two small nonprofit organizations he founded. One helps people in need, and the other is specific toward helping police officers. Jackson is an avid hiker and loves to take friends and visitors along for the hike. Although he often hikes popular locations in Phoenix, he prefers remote hard-to-access locations like Havasupai Falls AZ, Antelope Canyon AZ, and the highest peak in Arizona, Mt Humphrey’s. As realtors say, location, location, location.
